Xiamen Cuten Nicety Accessories Industry Co., Ltd. is dedicated to gather scientific research, development and manufacture into a whole. We have successively set up a complete set of operation systems including research center, mould department, injection plastic department, silicon rubber molding department, pressed department and assemblage & installation department. On June 15th, 2009, we joined Alibaba foreign trade business platform. Looking back over the development of our foreign trade, we had experienced lots of joys and sorrows. By participating in a variety of professional trainings held by Alibaba and with the encouragement of Alibaba after-sales service staff, we has gained outstanding achievement in the industry with our expertise in silicon rubber products, injection plastic products and mould manufacturing, reliable products and competitive price.
Because we were freshmen in this field, we just presented some general items other than some professional product items (such as key words) at the beginning; therefore, the quality and effectiveness of inquiries were not very good. But through our continuous summary and analysis, especially a rational use of the 30 Showcase Products’ Service provided by Alibaba, we set different key words according to the wording particular to our clients, so that they can find us easily.
In the process of mould making, we can design 2D or 3D images according to customer's samples and requirements. Furthermore, we can give suggestions on raw materials and opinions on design problems, and offer timely prototype service, so we get more and more customers.
Once we had a customer from North America. There were many problems in his product design. We faithfully informed him the problems in the actual production process, and provided suggestions on design improvements. Although the customer confirmed the design, there was still some difficulty in the improved production process. Through our professionals’ research and discuss, our customer was very satisfied with the products at the end.
Alibaba platform helps us make friends with buyers from all over the world and pave the way for us to conduct export business. I believe our foreign trade business will develop faster and better with the help of the professional service platform of alibaba.
